Managed Faq

Will you Install one program for me I'm having problems?

Yes we can do case by case installations for a small fee.

      

Crucial Servers offers a wide variety of Managed Solutions to keep our network safe. We offer these solutions for all our customers that purchase a collocation and or dedicated server with us.

Server Management

  • Server Initial Installation and Support

We will Install, Setup any programs or applications needed to get your server online, secure and ready for production.

  • On Going Server Maintenance and Application Installations

You might need an application installed and not savvy enough to install on your own. Crucial Servers will do all installations for you and if need be teach and guide you so next time you know how to proceed.

  • On Going Security Patches

Having a application or program that can be hacked on your system is not good. We have staff that monitors security alerts and with permission accesses the server and assesses the situation and installs proper patches. After the install has been completed we will notify the end user, you the customer.

  • Security Audits

Having an insecure system is not good in a production phase. Our security staff will run several audits on your system and contact you if there is a potential leak.

Having a presence on the internet can be challenging. If you run Crucial applications and want to restrict access without having to firewall or purchase a firewall for your local system. Crucial Servers has the capacity to firewall at 2 levels and will save you money and eliminate heavy loads on your servers.
